Feeling Isolated in Leadership?

You Don’t Have to Lead Alone. Leading a team is tough, especially when you’re trying to honor your faith in a workplace that doesn’t always align with your values. If you’ve ever felt like this, you’re not alone:

Leadership Can Feel Lonely—But It Doesn’t Have to Be

The weight of decision-making—You’re expected to have all the answers, but who do you turn to for guidance?Navigating workplace politics—Balancing your convictions with company culture can feel like walking a tightrope.Feeling stuck in your growth—You want to become a better leader, but there’s no real mentorship or leadership support in your company.Faith vs. career pressure—You’re striving for success, but you don’t want to compromise your values to get there.Lack of trusted peers—It’s hard to find others who understand both the challenges of leadership and the importance of faith.

Questions

FAQ's

How much does this cost?
You've probably heard about mastermind groups that cost thousands or tens of thousands of dollars per year, but we're making this crazy affordable. I promise you'll be pleasantly surprised.
How long are the meetings?
Our mastermind group meetings are two hours in length. They are structured in a way to maximum the value to you.
How often do we meet?
Mastermind groups meet monthly, typically during business hours, so you will need to be able to block out two hours each month in your calendar.
Who else will be in my group?
You can expect to be connected with people who are a variety of industries. We do not put people who's employers are competitors in the same group. You peers may be at a similar career level as you or they may be a bit below or ahead of you.
What does the meeting agenda look like?
We follow an agenda that starts with short updates from the members on achievements or setbacks since the last meeting (20 minutes). Then we move into a discussion on a business topic of common value (30 minutes). This is followed by the focus time (or hotseat) where one member shares a challenge they are facing and the group works together to help find solutions (45 minutes). Next we share ideas, new tools and solutions (10 minutes). We wrap up with a preview of the next meeting (10 minutes).
How exactly do I benefit from being in a mastermind group?
Joining a mastermind means you’re no longer leading alone. You get real feedback, fresh perspective, and support from peers who’ve been there. It helps you cut through the noise, solve real problems, and stay focused on what matters most. You’ll make better decisions, take action, and grow faster - with people who’ve got your back.
Is this a Bible study group?
No, our focus is business with a Biblical approach. Scripture definitely comes into the conversation, but this is not a church group or Bible study.
Do we get time for networking?
There is always some natural networking that happens in a group, but that is not the purpose of it. There are many places to network (Chambers of Commerce, Local Business Groups, etc.) but there are very few places to connect with other Christian leaders to help navigate the challenges of every day life in the workplace.
Do you only allow Christians in these groups?
These groups are for believers since we are applying Biblical principles to business. If you have questions about this, schedule a call with me and let's talk about it.
Are these meetings in-person or online?
Online. We use Zoom for a great online meeting experience.
Do I have to attend every month?
This will likely become your most important meeting every month, so hopefully you will protect the scheduled time slot. However, we understand that you may not be able to attend every month.
How is a Mastermind Group Different from Group Coaching?
A true mastermind is about peer-to-peer support. Everyone brings something to the table—real challenges, honest feedback, and shared wisdom. Each member gets time in the spotlight, and the group works together to solve problems, set goals, and hold each other accountable. The facilitator just keeps things on track and ensures everyone gets value.
Group coaching is different. It’s coach-centered. One or two people get help while everyone else mostly listens. It can be helpful - but often, what’s discussed doesn’t apply to everyone, and most don’t walk away with personal solutions.Who should NOT join a group?
-You can't currently commit the time and energy to achieve greater goals
-You can’t currently give support nor want to receive support from others in the group.
-You unable to commit to attending the monthly meetings.
-You work better by yourself.
-You already have a group of people who provide this unique support structure.
-You are not ready to change, grow or explore new situations at this time.
What about confidentiality?
Confidentiality isn’t optional, it’s foundational. For a mastermind to work, every member needs to know their conversations stay in the room. That’s why all members sign a non-disclosure agreement. Trust is what makes real conversations possible.
